Real Estate - Half-Day Personal Consultation

Understanding the real estate market for budgeting purposes is critical. It's important to know the pricing whether you want to rent or buy. We've created a half-day and a full-day for real estate consultations and tours. This no-commitment process helps give you a feel for the real estate market and the valuable services, follow-up, and client care we provide.

Real Estate Consulting

• 15-minute call to discuss questionnaire responses
• Half Day (3 hours): $125 (does not include lunch)
• Viewing various parts of the city to determine your areas of interest - pending the number of showings within the time allowed
• Locating grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, and other important services in your areas of interest - pending the number of showings within the time allowed
• Property showings (preferences must be discussed at least one week in advance). Each showing takes approx 20 to 30 minutes PLUS 15 to 30 minutes for transportation time.
• We can see 3 - 5 houses IF they are in the same general area OR 2 - 3 if outside the area.
• IF you want to explore the neighborhood around the house(s), 2 to 3 showings is the maximum in the 3-hour time frame

After spending countless hours speaking to locals, expats, travelers, and business owners and scouring Facebook groups, I started compiling all the information on my website blog, other guides I’ve published and what you’ll find here. My husband, Angel Rodriguez, has lived in Mérida since 1993. He’s an exceptional resource to obtain and verify information; chatting with other locals and other expats and learning all he can about the magical city we live in.
