• We will meet in Santa Lucia Square and provide transportation throughout the duration of the appointment. Once the appointment is finished, we will end at Santa Lucia Square.
• We will:
  • View various parts of the city to determine your areas of interest
  • Locate grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, and other important services in your areas of interest
  • Show property (must be booked in advance and each takes approx. one hour for transportation time and showing time)
  • *Once payment is received, we will reach out to you to schedule your complimentary consultation and appointment day/time.

Other Information:

• If you see a property online that you like, please send it to us and we can research it for you and schedule a showing IF it is available and a legitimate listing. It's common for multiple agents to list the same property. At times, "bait and switch" is also used - just be aware these things can happen.
• If you see a development, new construction, or sales office, PLEASE DO NOT go in without us. Why? The moment you walk in the door alone, you lose all representation including our ability to obtain critical details for you about the property, developer, and/or management company.
